LINEA echoes Ethereum's genesis allocation: 85% goes to the ecosystem. 10% for early users and builders (fully unlocked), 75% to the largest ecosystem fund in crypto history, of which 4% is also allocated to a community drop for LPs.
Airdrop eligibility is based on real usage through LXP and LXP-L campaigns:
- LXP: Minimum 2,000 LXP across 7 tiers;
- LXP-L: Minimum 15,000 LXP-L (linear distribution).
Boosts applied for early usage, sustained activity, and MetaMask product usage.
The claim window opens September 10th and runs until December 9th (90 days). All airdropped tokens are fully unlocked with no vesting.
Claims must be made from the same wallet that holds your LXP/LXP-L balance.

Reward mechanics:
Etherex pools → Based on swap volume + slippage using an Inverted U-Curve Incentive Function. Higher rewards when spreads are wide, incentivizing LPs during volatile periods.
Aave/Euler pools → Based on pool TVL vs. target TVL and your time-weighted average vault share. Adaptive boosts when pools are under-utilized.
