WaitlistWormhole is not a new project — it already has its own token, $W, and has held two airdrops. The first took place in spring 2024, distributing 6.75% of the total supply to more than 400,000 wallets. Early users received between $ 1 000 and $ 5 000 worth of tokens for simple bridging activity, when the token price was around $ 1.5 — roughly ten times higher than today.
At the beginning of 2024, another 0.5% (50 million $W) was distributed to stakers.
On August 14, 2025, Wormhole launched its new platform, where users can earn XP and later claim rewards based on their XP balance. The platform introduces activities such as bridging, swapping, and staking.
Season 1 will run through November 2025. Currently, users can already join the waitlist and claim a 10,000 XP boost.
