EdgeX Exchange is a decentralized, multi-chain trading platform that combines spot and perpetual markets into a single interface, operating with Ethereum mainnet security and full self-custody. Users can trade, provide liquidity, and run strategies across web and mobile without switching between protocols.
Rather than being just another DEX, EdgeX is building a modular DeFi platform with composable liquidity (eLP) and upcoming strategy vaults that allow permissionless deployment of trading strategies. In the long term, EdgeX aims to evolve into its own Layer 2 and serve as a base layer for traders and applications sharing liquidity and execution.
