KYC Period

  • Users must complete KYC verification on Buidlpad during this period to participate in this Community Offering. Completing KYC is a mandatory step before Subscription. If your account has gone through KYC verification before, you do not have to re-do it.

Subscrition Period

  • Users can register their interest in our Momentum Community Offering by subscribing on Buidlpad.
  • No assets are committed at this stage, but subscription is required to move forward.
  • Momentum users who have staked through Buidlpad HODL are strongly encouraged to bind the same wallet they used to interact with Momentum before subscribing. This will help qualify for Tier 1 pricing, a potentially higher contribution cap, and other exclusive benefits.
  • After the subscription period, Buidlpad will conduct a review to disqualify users from restricted regions and detect sybil activity, such as multiple accounts or non-human participants created to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Please note that completing the steps for subscription does not guarantee successful participation or allocation in the Community Offering.

Contribution Period and Limits for Stakers

  • Buidlpad will confirm and display user eligibility for contributions by October 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM UTC. Eligible users will be able to commit assets in BNB (BNB Chain), SUI (Sui Network), and USD1 (BEP-20) during a 24-hour window.
  • Contributions are non-refundable, except for over-contributions, which will be refunded after the Settlement and Review period. The minimum contribution is $ 50, while the maximum depends on each user’s Momentum LP position in Buidlpad HODL.

Settlement and Review
