CryptoSmartHub is a crypto-focused informational platform that provides users with access to data, analytics, and notifications related to:

• token sales (including ICOs, IDOs, IEOs),
• airdrops,
• market data,
• crypto-related events and news.

The Platform is intended solely for informational purposes.
CryptoSmartHub does not facilitate, execute, broker, or guarantee any investments, transactions, or token interactions.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.

Access to certain features, including Telegram Alerts and subscription-based functionality, requires registration on the Platform.
By creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information,
• keep your login credentials confidential,
• be fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform interface.

Telegram Alerts are a product within the CryptoSmartHub ecosystem and form an integral part of the Platform.

• Alerts are delivered exclusively via Telegram.
• To use Telegram Alerts, you must have an active CryptoSmartHub account and connect your Telegram account.
• Alerts are generated based on user-defined settings and available data sources.

Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and are informational only.
CryptoSmartHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or delivery of any alert.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by Telegram, its API, or related third-party infrastructure.

CryptoSmartHub offers both free and paid subscription plans.

• Free Plan: available without time limitation.
• Premium Plan: paid subscription with monthly duration.

Subscription offerings, features, and pricing may change over time.

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• Users must manually renew their subscription.
• A limited grace period of five (5) days may be provided after subscription expiration. If renewal does not occur within this period, the account is downgraded to the Free plan.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or plans with at least five (5) business days’ notice.

Payments for paid subscriptions are processed through a third-party payment provider.

• Supported payments are made in USDT on supported blockchain networks.
• The user is responsible for selecting the correct network, amount, and payment details.
• Blockchain network fees are borne by the user.

Subscriptions are activated once payment confirmation is received.

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.

CryptoSmartHub is not responsible for:

• incorrect payments,
• use of an unsupported network,
• failed or delayed blockchain transactions.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to interfere with platform infrastructure, security, or data;
• exploit the Platform in a manner that could harm its operation or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where activity indicates abuse, security risks, or attacks against the Platform.

CryptoSmartHub aggregates and displays data from third-party sources, including public APIs and external providers.

We do not control these sources and do not guarantee that third-party data is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Use of external services (including Telegram and payment providers) is subject to their respective terms and policies. CryptoSmartHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by these third parties.

All Platform content, including text, branding, design, and structure, is owned by or licensed to CryptoSmartHub and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant CryptoSmartHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

CryptoSmartHub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation,
• accuracy or reliability of data,
• availability of alerts or services.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSmartHub and its team shall not be liable for:

• market losses or missed opportunities,
• inaccurate or incomplete data,
• delayed or undelivered alerts,
• failures of Telegram, blockchain networks, or third-party services,
• service interruptions, outages, or data loss.

CryptoSmartHub shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• acts of nature, war, civil unrest, or government actions;
• internet, network, or infrastructure failures;
• blockchain, smart contract, oracle, or third-party service disruptions;
• cyberattacks or security incidents.

During such events, services may be suspended without breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Platform, users, or infrastructure.

CryptoSmartHub is currently in the process of legal incorporation.
Applicable governing law and jurisdiction will be specified once registration is completed.
